professionally trained and available to serve you. Insurance and Payment Plans As a courtesy to you, we gladly accept most health insurance and we will file all of the necessary paperwork for you. Dr. Grant is a Medicare provider. Insurance coverage for chiropractic varies and your company may or may not cover chiropractic services, may have limitations on the number of paid visits, and may have a deductible or exclusions. Dr. Grant is NOT a participating provider with any insurance companies, EXCEPT Medicare. Dr. Grant would be considered an "out of network chiropractic provider" for all insurance plans. To determine whether you have coverage, please contact your insurance company directly and ask if you have chiropractic benefits for an "out of network chiropractic provider." Don’t have insurance? No problem! We have highly affordable rates and flexible payment plans allowing access to high-quality care for you and your family. Method of Payment Payment for professional services rendered are due at the time of service unless prior arrangements are made. Methods of payment include: cash, check, MasterCard, and Visa, and we offer a specialized health care credit card you can apply for called “Care Credit” which also offers flexible payment plans.
